We endeavour to reply to all emails within 4 business hours (Monday to Friday)
We will replace any product that is received in damaged condition and we are advised within 48 hours of delivery (unless it is a fragile item where it has been specified that shipping is at buyers risk).
If you change your mind, we will provide a refund for the products if we receive notification from you within 7 days of delivery, and we receive the product/s back to our warehouse within 14 days in saleable condition (return shipping at your cost).
